KATIE Holmes showed off her bra in a sexy see-through top while running errands in New York City.
The actress was spotted wearing a sheer long-sleeve navy top that was decorated with white polka dots.
The 41-year-old stylishly tucked the sexy top into classic blue jeans.
She completed the look with a blue face mask, black sunglasses, white sandals and a large navy bag that hung from her shoulder.
Katie was recently spotted out and about with 14-year-old daughter Suri in early August.
The mother-daughter duo spent the day shopping, where Katie was seen at an antique store in downtown Manhattan.
While her mom was busy shopping, Suri took their two dogs for a walk.
Katie shares Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
The couple married in 2006, but divorced in 2012.
Katie previously opened about her daughter and life since her 2012 divorce.
The Dawson's Creek alum told InStyle that the attention on her personal life following the split was "intense."
She said: "It was a lot of attention, and I had a little child on top of it."
Katie continued: "I love her [Suri] so much. My biggest goal has always been to nurture her into her individuality.
"To make sure she is 100 percent herself and strong, confident, and able. And to know it. She came out very strong — she's always been a strong personality.
"She'll pick an activity and work her butt off until she's really good at it. Then she's like, "OK, I'm going to try the next thing." She's very focused and a hard worker."

The actress also spoke candidly about her own self-confidence during the interview.
She said: "People say you don't really know yourself until you're 40. I'm 41. I have seen things. I have experienced things. I know what I'm talking about, and I know that my feelings and my insights are worthy.
"I'm going to listen to myself instead of deferring to someone else. That's a big step as a human. It takes time."
The actress sold her swanky Calabasas mansion for a whopping $4 million back in February.
She made a slight profit off of the guarded Oaks community pad, which she bought five years ago for $3.795 million.
