Steve Gotte obituary, Death – Mrs. Lorre M. (Connor) Falange, 76, died on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, after a long illness, with her family by her side to guide her into God’s hands. Lorre Connor was born on June 29, 1946, to the late Stanley and Mary (Godlewski) Connor.

She attended T.R. Proctor High School. She married Dennis J. Falange on September 30, 1967, and the two soulmates experienced a 23-year loving and devoted partnership before his death on May 12, 1990. Lorre had a strong will and a furious independent spirit. She channeled those qualities and was committed to her family. She was endowed with a lovely, caring heart. Lorre would go to great lengths for her friends and family.

She was a humble woman who was an outstanding and loving mother who was absolutely lovely on the inside and out. She also had a “unfiltered” attitude, and her sassiness will be remembered fondly by her family and friends. Going out to dinner was one of her favorite pleasures, which she did on a regular basis for over 20 years. She also never missed her weekly dinner parties with her close pals.

She belonged to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes. Lorre is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Deanna and Stephen Gotte, as well as her granddaughter, Amanda Falange. She also held dear the memory of her loving daughter, Lisa A. Falange, who died unexpectedly nine months before her on October 12, 2021. Lorre’s grandchildren, Bianca Gotte and Eddie Zegarelli, Gianna Gotte and Nick Ferrone, Rena Folino, Denisio Colon, and Donato Colon, will miss her. She is also survived by a large number of nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as her in-laws, Karen Shiffler and her late husband, John Shiffler.

Her brother, Robert Connor, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Anthony and Louise (Della Gala) Falange, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Achille Richard “Dick” and Roseanne (Picente) Falange, all predeceased her. The family wishes to express profound gratitude to Lorre’s nurse practitioners, Crystal Sipley and Stacey Jaskolka, as well as the second floor and IMCU personnel at MVHS at St. Luke’s Healthcare, for their caring care and compassion. Lorre’s family would also want to thank her beloved friends Jean Gaffney, Mary Rose Diana, and Lydia Sarus for their unwavering dedication and companionship.
